A leading international and offshore law, corporate and fiduciary and consulting services company, is looking to hire a technology learning advisor.

You will join our client’s global change team and support the continued growth and delivery of their technology learning programme. Reporting to the technology change manager and working as part of a small team including project teams and product owners to create, maintain and promote tech-focused learning. Provide support for the technology training manager to deliver on our client’s strategy and feed into the development of this when necessary. Manage and deliver key tech training sessions and supply feedback on relevant tech usage cases, challenges and opportunities. Provide feedback and consultancy-type support to project teams and change sponsors to consider tech changes through the eyes of the end user. Coach other subject matter experts in effective ways to deliver training using our client’s framework for a consistent experience. Create and deliver relevant and engaging training material to support new tech or enhance use of existing tech. You will be open and curious about tech solutions and keep abreast of industry-leading learning tools and techniques to stay up-to-date with global change programmes to identify relevant training requirements. Identify and work with new starters within the business, build and manage strong working relationships with all our client’s key stakeholders and in general and support tech learning within the business.

To be suitable for this role you will need to be interested in and contribute to tech. Possess a client service-/client-centric mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills with confidence in presenting to larger groups as well as 1-1 sessions. Be articulate and able to explain tech benefits in non-technical terms and you should be inquisitive and have an entrepreneurial approach to learning. You will need to be able to prioritise tasks, be a ‘completer-finisher’, be able to interpret data to develop measured success reports, to be highly organised and be proficient in Microsoft 365.
