Is it for you?

Temping is increasingly becoming the preferred solution for people in all different situations, whether it be whilst they are seeking permanent employment, school leavers/graduates considering their options and gaining some work experience before making a commitment, or semi-retired individuals who are still keen to have some sort of working life but for fewer hours. Confidence plays a big part in gaining a temporary or contract position and, whereas in the past employers have been happy to take on a candidate without going through the interview process, in the last 18 months we have seen an increase in the number of employers requesting an interview with the candidate before committing to taking them on, therefore the more confidence you have in your abilities the better. We would advise all candidates attending interviews to research the company; this will impress the client and demonstrate your interest in the role.
