Under her leadership, AP Executive has emerged as one of the leading independently owned recruitment consultancies in the world with offices in nine jurisdictions. She is a seasoned executive recruiter, strategic advisor and talent acquisition specialist with over 25 years of experience in HR/recruitment consultancy in the international financial market. Her early success included being named the first female president of the Young Businessmen's Group for the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce. Gina is also a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Practitioners and a professionally qualified recruiter with an extensive network of influential connections globally.

Leading AP Executive’s Geneva office, she primarily focuses on executive and senior-board level recruitment in the Swiss wealth management sector, while promoting the AP Group brand internationally through client relationships and business partnerships.
