We are delighted to announce the promotion of Shubha Puthran to the position of Senior Consultant. In this key role, she will take on increased responsibility of recruitment and business development operations operations across the Channel Islands and internationally. She will focus on identifying and sourcing specialist IT professionals on behalf of blue-chip clients in Jersey and Guernsey.
Her promotion comes in recognition of her hard work and commitment to AP Technical, as well as her enhanced knowlege of the specialist services. During her employment tenure, she has been intrumental in promoting AP Technical as a primer IT search firm in the Channel Islands, as well as building strong business relationships with clients and candidates. She has successfully completed several multinational search mandates, placing IT managers, web developers, system administrators, project managers, IT/telecom/cloud engineers, information security specialist, web developers, software developers and IT administrators across different industries.
Born and educated in India, Shubha originally joined AP Technical as an IT recruitment consultant in Jersey where she specialised in junior to senior board level appointments of technology professionals across the IT, Telecoms, Digital Media and eGaming sectors in the Channel Islands and internationally.
She holds a Masters in Commerce with a specialisation in Management and a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
