A leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions and employee benefits is looking to hire an IT senior service desk administrator in Guernsey.
 
The successful candidate will provide IT technical support of industry-standard hardware and software through their lifecycles, deliver IT and related assistance, mentor/train junior and new team members, process identity and access management requests, provide IT project support as required, perform routine inspections and upkeep of existing installations, follow internal standards (ITSM, ISO27001, GDPR & Change Management), deliver IT administration/documentation (asset register, application process and procedures), support IT operations on-call rota and occasional weekend work and carry out facilities tasks as and when required.
 
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of three years technical experience supporting Microsoft OS’s and Applications such as (but not limited to) MS Office, Enterprise Applications, SCCM and endpoint security systems. Minimum of three years experience providing IT support to business users. Excellent communication skills, time management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. Delivery and quality focused. Willing to work in a flexible and dynamic team environment.
