A leading international fiduciary provider dealing with fund administration, private client and corporate services, are currently seeking a business analyst to join its team in Guernsey.

As a business analyst, you will work within a small team to deliver on change projects, solving business issues and driving efficiency across the organisation. You will be involved in the implementation of digital platforms to help with the integration of new digital tools to support business objectives. Gathering and process optimization initiatives, to implement work flow enhancements and streamline financial operations. The ideal applicant will come from a finance background and need to have gained experience in the island's financial services sector. Proven experience in driving systems and processes. Be methodical with excellent problem solving abilities.
